Kurt Schär will step down from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Touristische Unternehmung Grächen AG at the end of the financial year at the next Extraordinary General Meeting.
Focus on tourism
After the renovation, it will be more important than ever to actively shape the future of tourism in Grächen together. The Board of Directors will be newly appointed and the municipality will actively involve local businesses, the population and second home residents in the development of a master plan for Grächen. Thanks to the debt-restructuring moratorium, TUG AG’s operations and in particular the 2024/2025 winter season have been secured. The task now is to implement the restructuring by means of sufficient recapitalization. The restructuring is absolutely essential in order to avert bankruptcy for TUG AG and to be successfully released from the debt-restructuring moratorium.
